We're confident you're getting one of the best mattresses out there. But if it doesn't feel quite right at first, we ask that you give it at least 4 weeks — we call this the break-in period. It gives your body the time it needs to fully adjust to the new mattress and experience its full comfort and support.
If after the break-in nights you're still not satisfied, no worries — you're covered by our 365-day Free Sleep Trial. If you choose to return the mattress, a $99 pickup fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee also applies if the mattress is unopened or refused at delivery.
We aim to make the return process as smooth as possible. Whenever possible, we'll try to donate it to a local charity or recycle it. If that's not an option, we'll responsibly dispose of it.
Once we get the return completed, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different mattress, just place a new order on our website.
