General Information
We provides a limited warranty on all our mattresses, which covers defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty offers repair or replacement at our discretion. Please note that we do not provide discounts, partial refunds, or compensation outside of the terms set forth in this Limited Warranty.
- Eligible Purchasers: Only the original purchaser from an authorized retailer is covered under this warranty.
- Proof of Purchase: To validate your warranty, you must provide proof of purchase, including the purchase date and Order ID. Photos may also be requested for verification.
- Warranty Validity: This warranty applies only to new mattresses purchased directly from authorized retailers and remains valid even after the original return window expires.
How Long the Coverage Lasts
- Duration: 10 years (prorated)*
- First Year: Fully covered from the date of purchase.
- Years 2–10: Prorated at 10% based on the consumer’s billed price from the date of purchase.
*NOTES: “prorated” means the warranty provides full coverage for the first year, covering 100% of the cost. After the first year, the coverage gradually decreases over time. For example, if the warranty is prorated at 10% per year, the refund or replacement value reduces 10.00% each year, offering a smaller percentage as more time passes.
