If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, or around your property in case it was left somewhere nearby. If you live in an apartment, be sure to check other floors as well—especially the first floor or near the main entrance, as FedEx sometimes leaves packages at the gate or in common areas.
If you still can't locate the package, please contact us as soon as possible and confirm that you've checked the area. We'll then open an investigation with FedEx, which typically takes 4–5 business days to complete. As the package may still be located during this process,we're able to issue a resolution after the claim is closed.
To help speed things up, you're also welcome to reach out to FedEx directly to start the claim. If you're unable to do so, just let us know—we're happy to assist.
