Orders may be canceled if they are still on hold in our warehouse and have not yet been picked up by the courier. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible during business hours at +1 619 313 6011 or email service@bedstory.com. If your purchase was made through Amazon, Walmart, or another third-party channel, be sure to include your order ID.
Please note: cancellations are only confirmed once a team member has verified them. Because we process a large volume of shipments daily, your order may already be in transit by the time we are able to respond to your call or email.
