Once your order is placed, we're unable to make changes to the items—this includes adjustments to firmness level, mattress size, model, or quantity. We're also not able to add new items to an existing order after it's been submitted.
However, if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can still help with the following:
Canceling the order
Updating the shipping address
If your order has already shipped, we can no longer cancel it. But don't worry—if you decide not to keep the item, we'll be happy to help with a return once it's delivered.
If you need to change the shipping address after the order has shipped, we can submit a request to FedEx on your behalf, though reroutes aren't guaranteed and depend on FedEx's ability to intercept the package. If it failed to make the update, we are going to try our best to assist with return.
⚠️ Please note: This applies only to orders placed directly through our website. For Amazon/eBay/Walmart/Wayfair orders, all changes and cancellations must be handled through these channels directly. To avoid delays or complications, we always recommend double-checking your order details—especially the shipping info such as address and phone number—before checking out. Please kindly note that we do not accept PO BOX address and we can only ship to the 48 lower sates.
