What is your return policy for mattresses?

At BedStory, we want you to absolutely love your new mattress — that's why we offer a 365-night sleep trial, starting from the day your mattress is delivered.

If at any point during the trial you feel the mattress isn't the right fit, we'll be happy to help with a return or guide you through proper disposal.

We do ask that you give the mattress at least 30 days before requesting a return, as it can take some time for your body to adjust to a new sleep surface.

Each customer is eligible for one 365-night trial per mattress. To begin a return, please email us at service@bedstory.com with "Return Request" in the subject line. Be sure to include your order information and reason for return so we can process your request promptly.

Please note: This sleep trial is available only to customers in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. If the mattress is shipped or moved outside of this area, the trial becomes void and the item will no longer be eligible for return or refund.
