Are the handles sewn into the sides of the mattress covered by the warranty?

We understand that the mattress cover — including the handles — may show signs of use over time. However, returns for cosmetic reasons, such as the mattress not looking new, are not accepted.

Mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged due to normal wear and tear or damage to the cover or handles.
